What You’ll Do:

  • Actively promote philosophy of “it’s about the customer, always”
  • Responsible for replying to customer comments and enquiries in a timely manner across multi platforms including but not limited to emails, love chat and phone calls.
  • Cultivate loyal clientele by creating a memorable superior customer experience
  • Work with our Marketing/PR teams to execute store events and exclusive VIP appointments.
  • Assist with developing solutions for common customer issues, focusing on:
    • Order Issues
    • Returns and Exchanges.
  • Responding to and engaging customers on Social Media spaces, engaging in positive conversations and answering questions where appropriate. 


Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

  • Customer focused - Customer Obsessive! 
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Basic Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure with a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
